Group mentoring for women to come home to their bodies, where they feel calm and fulfilled, so they can take action towards expressing their gifts and passions.

When we’re thrown off by external circumstances and overwhelming emotions, it’s hard to remember what truly matters to us.

I’ve been in these contracted spaces, feeling lost, not knowing what I’m meant to do next – so I truly understand how challenging it feels to navigate this space on your own.

Come Home to Yourself is medicine for those who:

  • Feel overwhelmed and stressed out, with thoughts of giving up on your dreams because you can’t keep up with the responsibilities stacking up on your plate

  • Are not keeping up with the promises you’ve made to yourself (i.e. meditating, exercising, writing) because life gets too busy with a job, business and family

  • Brush off compliments and find it hard to articulate your strengths even though you know that you’re doing good work

  • Can’t seem to control how explosively you react to your loved ones when you feel upset from feeling disrespected

  • Yearn for your partner’s love and attention when he/she is occupied with his/her own personal activities

  3. Gain clarity and stand firmly rooted in your gifts and superpowers so you can take steps forward with quiet courage

  4. Get clear on what triggers you, how your body reacts so you can learn the art of responding before reacting from a space of internal chaos

  5. Able to give your partner space to do his/her own things while appreciating the quality time spent together as well

  6. Put a stop to what drains your energy and learn ways to reclaim your time and energy

  7. Gain awareness of your self talk so you can shift into a compassionate loving voice and increasing acceptance of your body

  8. Accept your perceived flaws and mistakes so you can keep taking risks and grow into more of who you really are without being crippled by fear

This journey is about getting back on track with yourself, even when you fall, feel like you’ve made a mistake or did something you said you wouldn’t do again.


I want to share with you the tools and practices that have been a turning point for me over the years I’ve dived in my personal healing journey – online and in therapy.


More than that I want to provide you with the support so that you can deep dive within these 5 weeks and keep repeating this process over and over again.


I don’t believe that this cycle ends here. It’s a continuous spiral in our lives. Some practices we may outgrow. Some may feel comforting to return to. These skills, these foundations… they last for a lifetime… for until this day, I find myself deepening into them more and more.

Letting go of the certainty in our fears and past experiences, so that we can open up to the infinite possibilities and make new choices for our body, our thoughts/feelings, our relationships with others and with Spirit.


Two: Lean into Self-Acceptance
Bringing all parts of ourselves into our awareness with gentleness and curiosity, even the parts of us that have been forgotten or abandoned.


Three: Courageously Embrace Self-Love
Making a moment to moment choice to love ourselves instead of judging how we think and feel about ourselves and the stories, beliefs we carry about what we should or shouldn’t be doing.


Four: Grounding in Self-Worth
Untangling our worth from hard work and external achievements so we can step into self-worth as our birthright – something that we do not need to earn or deserve.
