I know this cycle too well. I have been changing my lifestyle to feel better within. I was diagnosed with poly cystic ovarian syndrome 4 years ago. It came back again last year since I returned to child protection work – together with sleep problems, eczema, stress. I love all the support that I’ve received from a mentor, an energy healer, explored tcm medications, the gyne, a doctor, support from an art psychotherapist. They have helped me grow to a point. I started listening deeper within. I began taking responsibility for my life. Now, my flow is back to normal.
The women I know are multi-passionate, desiring to pursue their soul purpose and long to feel satisfaction in their personal relationships yet they deplete themselves for so many reasons!
