Finding Courage in Chaos Program
Mentoring for women to develop inner stability so they can move from confusion to clarity on what’s really important to them.
When we’re thrown off by external circumstances and overwhelming emotions, it’s hard to remember what truly matters to us.
I’ve been in these contracted spaces, feeling lost, not knowing what I’m meant to do next – so I truly understand how challenging it feels to navigate this space on your own.
Finding Courage in Chaos was created to help you solve these challenges:
- A rhythm of going to bed really late and waking up early, because your mind is busy worrying about all the things on your to-do lists.
- Getting distracted with scrolling through social media instead of promptly completing that report, email or content post.
- Feeling irritated with friends or colleagues because they seem to have it all together and you feel you should be further along the path, than where you are right now.
- Distancing yourself away from your family to get some space and think about your future, but the past memories continue to haunt you.
- Crying easily and worrying that others may judge you as being weak, when you experience heated arguments.
- Going back to old patterns of keeping quiet, when you feel that others are not listening to you.
- Criticisms or judgments from others sending you on a downward emotional spiral, affecting you for days.
- A sense of frustration when you have difficulty carving out time for yourself, even though you know you need quiet time so you can really connect with yourself.
- Questioning how you can fulfill your life’s purpose when there’s no time or space to do all the things you love and still make a living.
Through our work together, you’ll be able to:
- Get clear on what you’re responsible for, and what you’re not responsible for, so you can focus your energy on what’s really important to you.
- Learn how to ground yourself by having accountability, so you can stay focused on your current projects, instead of getting distracted.
- Release the stress and tension in your body that comes from comparing yourself with others so you can become more mindful of your present situation.
- Heal your past childhood experiences, so you can feel whole and make empowered choices in the challenges you face.
- Learn how to identify your emotions before they get too explosive, so you can respond instead of react to others in heated arguments.
- Learn to speak up with quiet courage and share your opinions and feelings with others, without looking for their approval or acknowledgement.
- Learning to ground yourself in moments of criticisms or judgements so you can pick yourself back up again with a shorter turnaround time.
- Find ways to do the things that you love and brings you joy, while figuring out your life’s purpose and the direction that you want to take in life .

“Viknes brings such beautiful calm, reassuring and clear energy to her work. She was gentle with just the right amount of ‘I’m not going to accept your excuses so you shouldn’t either’ 🙂 I really enjoyed my session with you Viknes. You got straight to the core of my challenge in no time at all and made more sense of it in the one session than I had managed to make of it in months. Thank you xx” – Michelle Clark
“A truly beautiful session being held in a place of love and understanding. Viknes has a wealth of knowledge and wisdom that allowed me to gain insights into my current situation. I was given tools to work with going forward. Clear email notes afterwards made it easy to reconnect to the session and gain clarity. I could listen to her voice all day, so soothing. Thank you” – Kristen Howarth
