When you let go and tap into the truth of this statement, “Life is the canvas of your soul,” whatever you desire in your life becomes possible.

What this means is that if you have a desire in your heart, something you really, really, really want to experience, express or create, it is ABSOLUTELY POSSIBLE!

Not only is it possible, but it is inevitable.

Your desire and your longing are signs that this potential reality ALREADY exists for you. The unknown is only whether or not you are ready to take the action, make the choices, or step into the new experiences that will lead to the manifestation of your desire.

Imagine that your dream is already there waiting for you up on a shelf in the warehouse of your life’s possibilities. You simply have to choose to take the steps in that direction and pick it up off the shelf.

The value that you put on yourself is often attached to things that are OUTSIDE of you.
But what if you can realize that what’s INSIDE of you, is what matters the most?

That your value, your worth is not tied to the job that you do, the family that you are responsible for, the different roles that you play in life, the education that you have strived for, the sacrifices that you have made, the hard work and efforts that you have put in. What if your value has been inherently given to you, and you had forgotten to even open up this gift, to hold it in your lap and untie that ribbon and look into that treasure that is waiting just for you.

That not only in joyful times, must you remember that you are worthy, valued and loved but especially in the times of struggle, the harder times, when things are not going so smoothly that you must KNOW and REMEMBER – that you are enough. You are loved, you are lovable, you are love. You are of value, no matter what.

I know that you want to scream at me.
You want to tell me that I am NOT WORTHY.
That I do NOT have this voice that says I am worthy and I am enough.
That I am knee deep in struggle and chaos and that is all that I’ve known all my life.
This doesn’t exist. This is not for me.

I know you are sitting there, reading this and not feeling anything, not connecting. You’d rather not dig deeper into your self, into your soul. You’d rather numb your feelings. You’d rather not think too much. Rather not know what is true for you in this lifetime. You’d rather live life the way you have been living, stay with what is familiar to you, have your hot buttons pushed, have your beliefs block you from moving forward.

Sometimes the pain is so great you want to SHUT DOWN, numb your feelings and not ever be reminded and face this pain again unless you have to or are forced to by life’s circumstances.
